Executive Coaching

One-on-one coaching is a highly effective means of addressing an individual’s needs and concerns as their career progresses to more senior levels. It helps the individual improve their effectiveness and performance within their working environment, thereby maximising their personal input and job satisfaction.

Executive coaching also helps develop skills and strategies to successfully manage new responsibilities, teams or work with key individuals. In addition, it builds key management skills and offers valuable support at times of pressure.

Coaching can also provide a framework for taking a step back to review career progress, satisfactions and issues, assessing personal strengths (and weaknesses) and help to create a plan for next steps in terms of career development.

The Mellor Partnership has joined with Jane Capper, a professional coach specialising in the media and communications sector and formerly Planning Director of DDB London to provide an executive coaching service.

Business Mentoring

Business leaders looking to grow their business or maximise capital value can work with our partners Consultrix. Through collaboration, using Consultrix’s expertise, clients will be able to identify the vision, mission and values for their business.

Once this is complete the management team can work on optimising the talent and improving the profits needed to increase the capital value.

Procurement Negotiation

Agencies increasingly have to negotiate with Central Procurement or Buying. These are professional buyers and it takes skill and understanding to ensure a fair deal is achieved.

We work with a specialist procurement consultancy to provide training for those individuals responsible for their agency’s fee negotiations. We help them understand the best way to obtain a financial arrangement with their clients that works for both parties.
